Dame discusses his dream to build with his family and his passion to give the game to others so they can build their own as well. Dame breaks down the system being structured to make people content with being “employees” and accepting a small fraction of their worth for the art and products they create. The CEO stresses ownership and being your own boss is the real American Dream while inspiring and encouraging us all to ask the hard questions and do the research needed to get paid what we are worth.
