Tyler Perry Launches New Comedy & Drama FAST Channels With BET

Tyler Perry is launching two new FAST (free, ad-supported television) channels in collaboration with BET, featuring his extensive library of series. These channels, called BET Tyler Perry Comedy and BET Tyler Perry Drama, will showcase popular shows like Sistas, The Oval, and House Of Payne. Available on platforms such as Roku, Pluto TV, and Plex, the channels will also include marathons, highlights, and cast discussions. Perry signed a fresh multi-year agreement with BET Media Group in April, securing the renewal of eight of his shows for BET and BET+. The network also ordered a new scripted series from Perry, titled Route 187. (Variety)
